Hands and room look good, very nice, I do see improvement in the hand drawings. The face, good news she looks human, the eyes are a bit large. My other comment is more general, in a way I think you are trying to put in too much detail, with faces particularly less is more, the viewers mind will fill in a lot if you let them. The brain is hard wired to see faces it really doesn't take much, shading instead of line works.
